About facilitators

This course will be facilitated by Loka-pavani devi dasi and Devasri Radhika devi dasi.

Loka-pavani devi dasi is a disciple of HH Niranjana Swami. Originally from Zagreb, Croatia where she started practicing Krishna Consciousness in 2008. She moved to Switzerland, Geneva in 2014 due to studies and in 2016 moved to Zurich. Since then, she was serving in the Swiss devotee community. In 2017 she met her spiritual master and in 2018 she received her first initiation. In 2019 she started serving at the Bhaktivedanta College in Radhadesh as one of the secretaries. Due to her service she moved to Radhadesh in Belgium in the beginning of 2020 where she lived and served for a year and a half. In May 2021 she returned to Switzerland where she continues to serve in many capacities, especially in Zurich Krishna Temple and at the Zurich College for Vedic Studies. In the beginning of 2021, she also started serving at the ISKCON Vaishnavi Ministry as one of representatives. In 2019 Loka Pavani obtained a Bhakti Sastri degree and is currently studying a Bhakti Vaibhava Course at the Vrindavan Institute for Higher Education.

Devasri Radhika devi dasi (Devahuti Shaw) was born in Calcutta in 1992 and got introduced to Krishna-consciousness at the age of 2 by her family, which originally hails from Varanasi.

She is an attorney and has currently transitioned careers to pursue inter-disciplinary studies. At the moment she is a Ph.D. candidate in Legal Anthropology at Universität Bern after having completed her M.A. in South Asian Studies at Universität Heidelberg, Germany; encompassing Vaishnavism, personhood, anthropology, transculturality, history and law.

She met her spiritual master, His Holiness Bhakti Charu Swami at ISKCON Kolkata, in the year 2003. On January 1, 2015 she received Harinama initiation from His Holiness at Ujjain, India.

On April 13, 2022, she received brahmin initiation from His Holiness Krishna Kshetra Swami in Germany.

In 2008, at the age of 16, she completed Bhakti Sastri with the MIHE guided course at ISKCON Kolkata and prior to this, she also completed the Teacher Training Course.

She is an author of many articles and poems which were published in various devotional magazines and books. As a member of Swiss congregation, she is currently living in Zurich and preforming various services for Hare Krishna Temple Zurich which include deity worship, cooking offerings, Tulsa care, flower and garland arrangements, festival decorations, organising bhajans and sangas, book distribution, devotee care, giving lectures, administrative duties, duties for the Mataji Ashram, kids value education, university preaching etc.
