About The Event

Ayurveda provides us with profound knowledge and ancient wisdom about health maintenance and harmonious lifestyle. ‘Ayu’ means Life and ‘Veda’ means science or knowledge. Ayurveda means Life Science. This five-module course will teach you the healthy practices explained in Ayurveda to prevent diseases and maintain good health in natural way.

You will learn:

  • Concepts and basics of Ayurveda
  • Traditional and authentic concept of daily routine and some health tips
  • Own body constitution and receive the best guidelines for healthy life according to that to become physically and mentally fit
  • How to prevent diseases by improving own immunity and using natural techniques and natural herbs
  • Guidance for your future living about traditional detoxification and rejuvenation method to purify body, mind and soul

Classes will be taking place daily from July 27 to July 31, 6:30 PM-8:00 PM on weekdays and 10:30 AM-12:00 PM on weekend.

About facilitator

Dr. Sudheesh Krishnan, from the motherland of Ayurveda, Kerala currently working as the chief physician at Govardhan Ayurveda Hospital.

Dr. Krishnan studied Ayurvedic science from a prestigious college in Kerala - Nangelil Ayurveda Medical College, Ernakulam. After completing his Bachelor’s degree, he did Internship Training in National Ayurveda Research Institute for Panchakarma (NARIP) from where he studied all Panchakarma Therapies.
