Martial Arts Classes
with Dina Dayal

Welcome to our martial arts on-demand classes, where students will embark on a transformative journey.
You will learn fundamental self-defence techniques, enhance your agility, and develop strength through dynamic fitness workouts designed to cater to individuals of all levels.
Our training includes martial art showmanship by learning to handle traditional Eastern weapons such as Bo Staff, Swords, and Chakra. We draw from various styles like Wing Chun Kung Fu, Kalarippayattu, and Classical Archery. Bhagavad-Gita will be the foundation of course’s philosophy as the ultimate warrior’s guide, and students will be introduced to the concept of "Mantra Combat", integrating Vedic mantras and principles of Bhakti Yoga into their martial arts practice.
Students will not only master effective self-defence techniques but also cultivate physical strength, endurance, and overall well-being. Through consistent training, they will witness a boost in self-confidence, self-esteem and self-control. Attainable weight loss goals and the journey towards a healthier, more balanced lifestyle will unfold as students progress in the course.
Enrolling in this martial arts journey becomes a gateway to escape both mental and physical pain. The classes serve as stress relief, helping to embrace a better, healthier life. By reducing anxiety and depression, they become a catalyst for personal growth and development. Ultimately, the classes instil a positive attitude and outlook on life, empowering students to embrace a balance between body, mind, and soul.
